XLA Case Study

XLA was a meXLA Logorger of two small companies into a new mid-sized company. To become stable and grow, they were looking to clarify their capabilities and grow through sales of multiple business solutions.

 

How ASM Helped

ASM took four projects and focused on growing these into more sharply defined solutions.  Our team created unique 4th quarter strategies and tactics for the sales team, complementing this effort with multiple targeted marketing efforts to introduce each solution to its specific customer base. We created pre-written proposal content and  graphics and an intuitive, easy-to-use SharePoint library.

What was the Impact?

ASM’s efforts changed cold calls into warm calls, with potential clients being aware of the proper solution—enabling XLA to build out their pipeline in an incremental and logical manner. The pre-written proposal materials more clearly defined the XLA differentiators and saved proposal writers valuable time and effort.
